1. All set?
2. Wash tangerine with hot water, cut big zests, half and juice.
3. In a small pot heat tangerine juice (5 cl p.p.), sugar, star anise, cinnamon stick, nutmeg, and clove. Heat gently until sugar dissolves, stirring frequently. Then, set aside to steep and cool down.
