2. Preheat oven to 400°F (conventional, recommended) or 360°F (fan).

3. Adjust baking frame (approx. 8 x 12") and place on a lined baking tray. Grease the lower third with a little butter. Alternatively: use a baking dish with similar dimensions and grease it well. It is important that the dish is high enough to be able to layer everything in it (approx. 2.5").
