cranberry juice

1. All set?
2. Thoroughly wash orange with hot water and peel strips of zest with a peeler. Then halve and juice.
3. Add orange juice (2.5 cl p.p.) and some sugar to a small pot and simmer on medium heat until the sugar has dissolved. Then let the orange syrup cool.
