sour cream, heavy

green sauce herb mix

sour cream

yogurt, plain

1. All set?
2. Thoroughly wash unpeeled potatoes and add to a large pot. Cover with cold water, season with salt and cook for approx 20 min until done.
3. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Boil eggs for about 8 - 10 min. Then rinse with cold water and drain.
