Espresso-Chocolate Mousse

heavy whipping cream
60 g
dark chocolate (~80% cocoa)
1 tbsp
sugar
2/3 tsp
instant coffee
1. All set?
2. Break chocolate into pieces and slowly melt in a heat-resistant bowl placed over a pot of simmering water. Leave to cool slightly.
3. Whisk whipping cream, sugar and coffee until stiff.
