pineapple
50 ml
water
50 g
sugar
20 g
butter
1/2 tsp
cinnamon, ground
1/4 tsp
cardamom, ground
chili flake

2. Mix cardamom and cinnamon.
3. Slice off crown and bottom of pineapple. Stand pineapple up and peel off skin from top to bottom.
