gin, barrel aged
2 ml
angostura bitters
1/2
lemon
2 tbsp
maple syrup

star anise
ice cube
1. All set?
2. Add maple syrup and star anise to a small saucepan. Bring to a low simmer, and let cook for 1 min, stirring regularly. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
3. Thoroughly wash lemon with hot water and peel with a peeler.
